Return & Refund Policy – KOFFEE

At KOFFEE, we take pride in sourcing high quality single origin coffee beans and crafting carefully curated blends. Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

 

 

1. Returns for Coffee Products

 

 

Due to the nature of coffee products, certain conditions apply.

 

  • Coffee products must be unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging.

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery or collection.

  • To initiate a return, please email Info@drinkoffee.com with your order number and reason for the return.

  • Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied.

 

 

 

2. Opened Coffee Products

 

 

Because coffee is a consumable product, we cannot accept returns on opened bags of coffee unless there is a quality issue.

 

If you believe there is a defect or quality issue with your coffee, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will gladly review the matter and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

 

 

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

 

 

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

 

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Email Info@drinkoffee.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

  • We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the situation.

 

 

 

4. How to Return an Item

 

 

  1. Email Info@drinkoffee.com with your order number, name, and reason for the return.

  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

  3. Ship the item back using a reliable courier service.

  4. Once the item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.

 

 

 

5. Important Notes

 

 

  • Opened coffee bags cannot be returned unless the product is defective.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.

  • Refunds may take longer if the returned item is damaged or incomplete.
